ThulINN Dual – new laser technology offered by INNtechnologies
ThulINN Dual laser technology joins the INNtechnologies portfolio with the ThulINN Dual, a fractional laser combining two technologies in one device: a non-ablative or subablative 1927 nm thulium laser and a fractional 1550 nm erbium-glass (Er:Glass) laser. The device offers the option of operating with a separate beam or a combined 1927 nm + 1550 nm beam during a single procedure.
This is a solution for offices and clinics that want to expand their offerings with procedures that improve skin quality, tone, firmness, and structure, while working on various tissue levels with high precision.
ThulINN DUAL Laser
ThulINN Dual was designed to address some of the most common patient needs: discoloration, uneven skin texture, scars, fine lines, loss of firmness, and overall deterioration of skin quality. By combining two wavelengths, the device allows for more flexible treatment planning—for both rejuvenation and resurfacing, as well as therapies targeting pigmentation and tissue regeneration. Thanks to dedicated applicators and operating modes, the device also enables the performance of procedures in the field of aesthetic gynecology, supporting the revitalization, regeneration and improvement of tissue tension in intimate areas.

Double laser beam – greater flexibility of therapy
The biggest advantage of ThulINN Dual is the combination of two laser beams in one system. Er:Glass Laser 1550 nm allows you to work on the structure, tension and reconstruction of the skin, while 1927 nm thulium laser It is particularly effective in procedures targeting skin tone, discoloration and superficial quality.
This means the specialist doesn't have to limit themselves to a single approach. Depending on the patient's needs, they can focus on lightening discoloration, improving texture, smoothing fine lines, reducing the appearance of scars, or supporting regenerative processes. ThulINN Dual allows for the creation of procedures that better address real skin concerns—not just a single symptom.
The device offers scanning modes Sequential, Random and Drawing and various operating patterns, including rectangle, square, triangle, circle, and ellipse. This allows for precise adjustment of energy emission to the treatment area, indication, and desired effect.
ThulINN Dual laser technology. Two versions of the device – compact and vertical
ThulINN Dual is available in two variants: compact and verticalThe compact version is ideal for applications requiring mobility, a smaller workspace, and the ability to conveniently position the device within the office. It's a practical solution for clinics that want to implement laser technology without having to reorganize their entire office.
The vertical version, thanks to its vertical design and integrated cart, is well-suited to offices requiring a stable device for intensive use. The technical materials also highlight the differences in ergonomics, mobility, and serviceability between the two versions.
Erbium-Glass Laser (Er:Glass) 1550 nm – Reconstruction and improvement of skin structure
Er:Glass Laser 1550 nm In ThulINN, Dual works to improve skin structure, firmness, and density. Its action is based on the controlled interaction of energy within tissues, supporting natural repair processes and collagen fiber remodeling.
In practice, Er:Glass 1550 nm technology is effective in procedures for skin requiring smoothing, thickening, and regeneration. It can be used to treat uneven texture, fine lines, enlarged pores, scars, and loss of firmness. It is a solution for professionals who want to work not only on superficial skin rejuvenation but also on its underlying structure.
Thulium laser 1927 nm – skin tone, discoloration and quality
Thulium laser 1927 nm This technology is particularly valued in procedures focused on improving skin tone. It targets the layers where some pigmentation problems are located, making it well-suited for treating discoloration, melasma, sun spots, photoaging-related changes, and uneven skin tone.
Treatments using the 1927 nm thulium laser support skin renewal, radiance, and overall improvement in skin quality. This technology addresses the needs of patients seeking fresher, smoother, and more even-toned skin without the need for aggressive treatment protocols.
ThulINN Dual laser technology. ThulINN Dual applications in aesthetic medicine.
ThulINN Dual can be used in facial and body treatments, especially when the goal of the therapy is to improve skin quality, reduce the appearance of discolorations, smooth texture, and reduce the visibility of scars and stretch marks.
The technology will work well with indications such as:
- discoloration,
- melasma,
- sun spots,
- uneven skin tone,
- fine wrinkles,
- loss of tension and firmness,
- enlarged pores,
- uneven skin texture,
- acne scars,
- post-traumatic scars,
- stretch marks,
- signs of photoaging.
Application in aesthetic gynecology
The ThulINN Dual also expands the practice's capabilities to include aesthetic gynecology procedures. The device is equipped with dedicated intimate applicators, including applicators for vaginal and vulvar procedures.
In this area, the technology can support revitalization, regeneration, and improved tissue firmness. A dedicated operating mode allows for customization of treatment parameters, such as the number of rows, pulse, distance between points, power, emission shape, and the lens's operating method (360° or 45°). This allows ThulINN Dual to become a tool not only for skin therapy but also for expanding intimate care offerings.
