Injectable Platelet Rich Fibrin.
Intensive stimulation and tissue reconstruction of small joint and tissue surfaces requiring intensive stimulation.
Due to its richest cellular composition, it is recommended for the treatment of not only soft tissue inflammations, but also damage to the hyaline and bone tissue.
Leukocytes and growth factors contained in I-PRF have a strong anti-inflammatory effect, while the three-dimensional form of fibrin allows for their release over a period of 7-10 days and the reconstruction of tissue defects.
Fibrin is also used as a tissue glue to connect damaged tissue structures. The only limitation is the relatively small amount of this cell concentrate.
Intended use:
- Articular cartilage defects: post-traumatic and degenerative (small joints)
- after anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction, meniscus suturing, articular cartilage repairs
- bone union disorders
- difficult to heal wounds, ulcers
- postoperative: after tendon repair procedures, e.g. Achilles tendon.

Stimulation and tissue reconstruction of large joint and tissue surfaces requiring tissue reconstruction.
A large amount of material allows for a local treatment, which not only revitalizes the tissue, but also rebuilds its structure thanks to the content of fibrin. Thanks to F-PRP INNMEDIS SYSTEM™, the product is injectable for 7-10 minutes, which allows for a comfortable local treatment. In the resulting spatial structure, cytokines, stem cells, growth factors and leukocytes inducing the regeneration process are nested. The tank filling lasts for 7-10 days, during which time the damaged tissue is rebuilt, which then leads to further reconstruction of adjacent structures.
Intended use:
- Articular cartilage defects: post-traumatic and degenerative IN THE ANKLE OR HIP JOINT
- Places where tissue continuity is disrupted and more material is required
The procedure involves a series of 1-3 treatments, each with a 1-month interval. The series can be repeated after 6-12 months, depending on the doctor's recommendation.
