Face&Body Winter Forum Rules

§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. The organizer of the competition "INNMEDIS on the FACE&BODY WINTER FORUM" (hereinafter referred to as the "Competition") is Innmedis Sp. z o. o., with its registered office at ul. Forteczna 8/6, 32-086 Węgrzce, entered into the register of entrepreneurs under the KRS number 0000796646, REGON 383845692, NIP 5130261428, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".
  2. These regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations") define the rules of participation in the Competition, the method of selecting winners and awarding prizes. 
  3. The prizes are sponsored by the Organizer.
  4. The administrator of personal data provided by the Contest Participants is the Organizer.
  5. Participation in the Competition is voluntary and free of charge.
  6. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the Participant to participate in the Contest. Individuals providing data have the right to access, modify, or delete this data.
  7. The competition takes place in the territory of the Republic of Poland, during the Face&Body Winter Forum Congress in Zakopane.
  1. The Competition is not a game of chance, a raffle, a mutual bet, a promotional lottery or any other form provided for in the Gambling Act of 19 November 2009 (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 227).

§2. PURPOSE OF THE COMPETITION

  1. The aim of the Competition is to activate participants of the FACE&BODY WINTER FORUM Congress and to collect opinions on the event.

 

§3. PLACE, TIME AND RULES OF THE COMPETITION

  1. The competition takes place on December 12-13, 2025 during the Face&Body Winter Forum Congress in Zakopane.
  2. The competition form should be downloaded during registration for the Face&Body Winter Forum Congress in Nosalowy Dwór or at the INNMEDIS stand
  3. Completed competition forms must be delivered to the INNMEDIS stand no later than 13/12/2025, 4:00 p.m.
  4. The results will be announced on the same day, i.e. December 13, 2025, at 5:25 p.m. in the Snow Room.

 

§4. COMPETITION PARTICIPANTS

  1. Only natural persons with full legal capacity, taking part in the Face&Body Winter Forum Congress on December 12-14, 2025, who have accepted these Regulations may participate in the Competition.
  2. The participant declares that:
    1. is a natural person with full legal capacity;
    2. has read the content of these Regulations and is participating in the Competition voluntarily;
    3. agrees to and accepts the terms and conditions of the Competition Rules, including having read the content regarding the prize collection procedure and fully accepting it;
    4. undertakes to comply with the provisions of the Regulations;
    5. consented to the processing of personal data for purposes related to participation in the competition.
  1. The organizer has the right to verify the age and identity of participants.
  2. Members of the Organiser's governing bodies, employees, associates and service providers, as well as their families, may not participate in the Competition.

 

§5. COMPETITION TASK

  1. The task of the competition participant is to provide written answers to four competition questions:
    1.1. How many times have you participated in the Face&Body Winter Forum? Select the correct number. 

1.2. Write down what prompted you to attend the conference. 

1.3. If you could change or introduce one thing about the Face&Body Winter Forum conference, what would it be?

1.4. Write three sentences explaining why you value the Face&Body Winter Forum conference in Zakopane.

  1. The story should be placed in the competition form and delivered to the INNMEDIS stand within the time specified in §3.

 

§6. SELECTING THE WINNERS 

  1. The Organizer will appoint a competition committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Committee") consisting of representatives of the Organizer.
  2. The works will be assessed in terms of correctness and meeting the criteria specified in the Competition.
  3. Submissions that do not meet the requirements will not be evaluated.
  4. The Commission decides on the award of the prize by analysing the correctness and attractiveness of the performance of the tasks described in §5 Section 1 of the Regulations.
  5. The winners will be announced during the event on December 13, 2025, at 5:25 PM in the Snow Room.

 

§7. PRIZES

  1. The Competition provides for one prize for twelve winners selected in the manner indicated in §6.
  2. The prize is:

– two prizes worth PLN 2,500: Technology Day at your clinic (one-day free access to the winner to the Thulinn* thulium laser at a place indicated by the winner, including initial training and the opportunity to use the device for 5 hours.

– four prizes worth PLN 2,200: Certified PLURYAL®BACK TO BASICS training

– two prizes worth PLN 800: ASCEplus Home Ampoule Pro Serum

– two prizes worth PLN 700: ASCEplus Home Firming Moisturizer Pro + ASCEplus Home Sunshine Cusion Pro Set

– two prizes worth PLN 420: ASCEplus EXOBALM post-treatment cream

  1. Winners are not entitled to exchange their prize for cash or any other type of prize.
  2. Winners may waive the Prize, but they are not entitled to cash or any other prize in return.

 

§8. ANNOUNCEMENT OF RESULTS AND COLLECTION OF PRIZES

  1. The results will be announced publicly on December 13, 2025, after the end of the 13th lecture session.
  2. Public information about the win may also be posted in a comment to the competition post on the Organizer's website.
  3. Winners are required to collect their prizes in person. Failure to collect their prizes will result in them being awarded to someone on the reserve list.
  4. The Organizer is not responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the data of the Competition Participants, including the impossibility of delivering the prizes, for reasons attributable to the Participant, in particular if he or she has not provided true data or the data provided is incomplete or out of date.

 

§9. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

  1. The personal data of participants will be processed by the Organizer solely for the purposes of the Competition and in accordance with the GDPR.
  2. The personal data of the Competition Participants will be stored by the Organizer only for the period necessary to conduct the Competition and issue prizes to the distinguished Participants/Winners.
  3. Participants have the right to access their data, rectify it, delete it or limit its processing.
  4. When the data is deleted, the User loses the opportunity to participate in the Competition.

 

§10. COPYRIGHT

  1. The Participant declares that he or she is the author of the answer submitted in the Competition.
  2. Submitting an answer to the Competition entitles the Organizer to use it for purposes related to the Competition, including in particular the publication of the results and promotion of the Competition on social media, on the Organizer's website and in advertising materials.
  3. The Organizer is not responsible for any infringement of third party rights by the Participant.

 

§11. COMPLAINTS

  1. Any complaints regarding the manner of conducting the Competition should be submitted by Participants in writing during the Competition, but no later than 7 (seven) days from the date of announcement of the results.
  2. A complaint submitted after the deadline has no legal effect.

3. The complaint should be sent by registered mail to the Organizer's address or in electronic form to the following e-mail address: [email protected]

4. Complaints will be considered within 30 days.

 

11. FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. The Regulations come into force on the date of their publication and are available on the Organizer's website: https://innmedis.pl/regulamin-facebody-winter-forum/
  2. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Regulations in justified cases.
  3. In all matters not regulated by the Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
