This privacy policy applies to personal data collected by INNMEDIS, including those of persons contacting INNMEDIS via the contact form on the website http://www.innmedis.pl/.
The Privacy Policy contains information required by the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (OJ EU.L No. 119, p. 1), hereinafter referred to as "GDPR".

Through the contact form we collect personal data, including name, company name, e-mail address, telephone number and other data provided by the person contacting INNMEDIS via the form.
From persons contacting INNMEDIS by telephone, e-mail, etc., we collect data provided directly by the person contacting INNMEDIS, as well as e-mail address, telephone number, etc.
The processing of personal data of the person contacting INNMEDIS is necessary to provide a response and, at a later stage, may be necessary to perform the contract, as well as to take action at the request of that person before concluding the contract.
The data obtained may also be collected for purposes resulting from legitimate interests pursued by INNMEDIS, including direct marketing.

The innmedis.pl website collects cookies. Cookies do not contain information that can identify the user - they only identify the user's computer on our servers.

5. How long do we keep your information?
We will retain your information for as long as necessary for the uses identified in this policy.
In particular, if data are processed for the purpose of concluding and performing a contract, the data are processed for the period of cooperation and after that period until the expiry of the limitation period for claims related to the contract.
In the absence of an agreement between INNMEDIS and the contractor, personal data will be processed for the period necessary to contact the contractor.
If data is processed for marketing purposes, the data is processed for the entire period of INNMEDIS's activity.

Personal data may be transferred or entrusted to third parties, including INNMEDIS contractors for the purpose of INNMEDIS conducting business activities, payment operators, entities providing services to INNMEDIS, including accounting and legal services.
