INNMEDIS at PTMEiAA

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The organiser of the competition "INNMEDIS na PTMEiAA" (hereinafter referred to as the "Competition") is Innmedis Sp. z o. o., with its registered office at: ul. Forteczna 8/6, 32-086 Węgrzce, NIP: 513-026-14-28, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".

These regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations") define the rules of participation in the Competition, the method of selecting winners and awarding prizes.

The competition takes place in the territory of the Republic of Poland, during the PTMEiAA Congress.

Participation in the Competition is voluntary and free of charge.

The Competition is not a game of chance, a raffle, a mutual bet, a promotional lottery or any other form provided for in the Gambling Act of 19 November 2009 (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 227).

2. PURPOSE OF THE COMPETITION

The aim of the Competition is to activate participants of the PTMEiAA Congress and to collect opinions on the event.

3. DURATION OF THE COMPETITION

The competition takes place during the PTMEiAA Congress.

Completed competition forms should be delivered to the INNMEDIS stand no later than September 27, 2025, 12:00 p.m..

The results will be announced on the same day during the lunch break at 10:00 a.m. [TIME] at the INNMEDIS stand.

4. COMPETITION PARTICIPANTS

Only adults with full legal capacity who take part in the PTMEiAA Congress may participate in the Competition.

The condition for participation in the Competition is:

• reading and accepting these Regulations,

• consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of conducting the Competition,

• correct execution of the competition task.

The organizer has the right to verify the age and identity of participants.

Members of the Organiser's governing bodies, employees, associates and service providers, as well as their families, may not participate in the Competition.

5. COMPETITION TASK

The task is to provide a written answer to the competition question:
“What do you value most about the PTMEiAA Congress?”

The answer should be entered in the competition form and delivered to the INNMEDIS stand within the time specified in §3.

6. SELECTING THE WINNERS

The Organizer will appoint a competition committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Committee").

The committee will select the winners based on: originality, substantive value, creativity and compliance of the responses with the Regulations.

Submissions that do not meet the requirements will not be evaluated.

The winners will be announced during the event on September 27, 2025 at 12:00 PM. [TIME].

7. AWARDS

The Competition provides for 8 prizes for participants:

• Box (small) Original ASCEplus IRLV Exosomes
• PLURYAL SILK + CELTWEET SIGNAL PAD
• PLURYAL DENSIFY + CELTWEET SIGNAL PAD
• CELTWEET SIGNAL PAD + calming ampoule
• TECHNOLOGY DAY: ThulINN, DOUBLEtite, TARGETcool – insertion of devices for the entire day and support in carrying out treatments + CELTWEET SIGNAL PAD
• 3 places for the PLURYAL B2B "back to basics" Training. Stimulation is the basis of regeneration.

The prizes are exempt from income tax pursuant to Article 21, paragraph 1, point 68 of the Personal Income Tax Act.

8. ANNOUNCEMENT OF RESULTS AND COLLECTION OF PRIZES

The results will be announced publicly on September 27, 2025, during the lunch break at the INNMEDIS stand.

Winners are required to collect their prizes in person. Failure to collect their prizes will result in them being awarded to someone on the reserve list.

9. PERSONAL DATA

The administrator of participants' personal data is the Organizer.

The data will be processed solely for the purposes of the Competition and in accordance with the GDPR.

Participants have the right to access their data, rectify it, delete it or limit its processing.

Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the Competition.

10. COMPLAINTS

Complaints should be submitted in writing or electronically to the Organizer's address: [email protected], within 7 days from the date of announcement of the results.

Complaints will be considered within 30 days.

11. FINAL PROVISIONS

The regulations are available on the Organizer's website: https://innmedis.pl/innmedis-na-ptmeiaa

The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Regulations.

Submitting an entry to the Competition constitutes acceptance of the Regulations.
